Irish Teacher
For late August 2024
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual as a teacher of Irish for the start of the 2024 - 25 academic year. The position is full-time and permanent, subject to Garda vetting and a probationary period.
The successful candidate will teach all year groups from First to Sixth. Clongowes has a six-day teaching week with classes on Saturday until noon. All staff have a three or four-day weekend off every month in addition to the usual school breaks
A second subject and a willingness to be involved in some aspect of our co-curricular programme will also be welcomed. The position is school-paid with a salary commensurate with a Department of Education post. The school has its own generous pension scheme.
