Previous teaching experience in a multi-grade school; Experience dealing with and teaching pupils with ASD, Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development; Evidential experience of managing people (in any setting); Proven ability to work as a member of a team; Excellent communication skills; Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload; Proven leadership skills; Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives; An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school.
