The successful candidate will work as a mainstream class teacher in a multi-grade class setting,
in close collaboration with the Special Education Teacher (S.E.T.) and the wider school staff in
delivering high-quality, inclusive education in line with the Catholic ethos of the school.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
• Experience in a multi-grade class setting is desirable but not essential.
• Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Demonstrate the ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Willingness to contribute to the school’s Catholic ethos through participation in the Sacraments,
promotion of Catholic values and engagement in school community initiatives.
• Eagerness to engage in and lead extracurricular activities such as Music, Drama, GAA etc.
