What is the Home Based Summer Programme Noticeboard?
The Noticeboard is not suitable for use by schools.
The Home Based Summer Programme Noticeboard is used by Teachers and SNAs to post their availability, and by Parents to post their notices. The noticeboard is available under 'Noticeboards' on the toolbar of the website. Parents/guardians will use this information to contact job Seekers about vacancies. A Job Seeker EducationPosts.ie account is required to view the details of the noticeboard.
Please ensure you request the relevant documentation from the Job Seeker when using the noticeboard. Please contact the Department of Education for further advice on the documentation required. Teachers are often required to provide the necessary evidence for verification and suitability checking, including:
- A copy of their teaching qualification certificate(s)
- Teaching Council registration number
- Vetting Disclosure (Circular 31/2016)
- Statutory Declaration Form & signed Form of Undertaking (Circular 31/2016)
- Photo identification e.g. driving licence or passport
- PPS Number
- Contact details of relevant recent employers for independent reference checking
