An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a maternity leave position.
This is a Special Education Teaching Position.
Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of teaching pupils with a diverse range of educational needs, including additional and complex needs, and a commitment to inclusive education.
Experience in a similar DEIS Plus / Band 1 setting, a familiarity with DEIS initiatives, knowledge and experience in areas of Numeracy, Literacy, Special Education, wellbeing, attendance and Pupil
participation initiatives.
An ability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated school team, including teaching colleagues, SNAs, parents/guardians and external professionals.
Probation is desirable. Interests / skills / experience in music / sport and after-school clubs advantageous. It is desirable that candidates can demonstrate how they will contribute to the overall ethos of the school. Appointment will be subject to current Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening. Candidates must hold a certificate to teach RE.
