An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Cherrywood ETNS is a developing school located in the new community of Cherrywood in South Dublin. The school opened in September 2020 and currently has an enrolment of 295 pupils.
Cherrywood ETNS prides itself on the child centred education it provides to the children who attends it. Playful learning and inclusion is a priority and the school endeavours to be as neuro affirmative as it can be. The two autism classes in the school are an integral part of the school life. A huge emphasis is put on relationships between all members of the school community. The school is lucky enough to be surrounded by plenty of parks and outside spaces so the use of the outdoor spaces is very important to us.
We are currently for three positions:
- 1 fixed term teacher for the duration of the school year
- 1 specified purpose teacher (length unknown) and
- 1 specified purpose teacher - until February 2027.
