An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Scoil Chóca Naofa looks forward to welcoming an enthusiastic, caring and motivated teacher to join our team. Initial placement will be in our Special Class for ASD. This is a permanent position.

Interviews will be held Friday 21st or Saturday 22nd August.

The successful candidate may be required to undertake any teaching duties assigned by the Board of Management, including mainstream class teaching, special class for ASD and SET duties, as the needs of the school require from year to year. Applicants should be open to teaching in all roles within the school.

Please note: This role was advertised to applicants from the supplementary panel for 5+2 working days in total, closing on July 31st 2026. As there were no applicants from the panel it is now open to all applicants.
