Early Years Educator – Horizons Bishopstown
Horizons Bishopstown is seeking a warm, dedicated Early Years Educator to join our preschool team following a successful AIM Level 4 application. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning, development, and well‑being in a nurturing, play‑based environment.
Position: Part‑time Early Years Educator
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30–12:00
Start Date: September 2026
Minimum Qualification: QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education
About the Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team, contributing to high‑quality early childhood experiences and inclusive practice. The role involves assisting with daily routines, implementing play‑based learning, supporting children’s individual needs, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive, child‑centred environment.

• A caring, reliable educator with strong communication skills
• Experience working in early years settings (desirable)
• A commitment to inclusion and child‑led learning
