Greystones Community National School is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and enthusiastic Additional Needs Assistants to join our vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting pupils with specific care needs, including mobility, organization, and personal care.
Supporting students with emotional, behavioral, or learning difficulties to safely engage in school activities.
Working collaboratively with class teachers, the support team, and school leadership to implement individual care plans.
Fostering a positive, inclusive environment during classroom activities, break times, and school trips.
What We Are Looking For:
A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children.
Relevant qualifications (FETAC/QQI Level 6 in Special Needs Assisting preferred) and previous experience in an autism class or special setting is essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A strong commitment to the protective and inclusive ethos of a Community National School.
