A QQI Level 6 Special Needs Assistant qualification alongside experience of early childhood education is desirable.
Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, initiative, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a team and under the guidance of the class teacher.
Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements, occupational health screening, the completion of Children First online training, satisfactory references and Patron approval.
It is a requirement to hold a valid Statutory Declaration and to complete the Form of Undertaking for this position upon offer of employment.
