Location: TUI Head Office, Rathgar, Dublin 6 (Permanent Wholetime)
We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Lead to manage the Union's financial activities, including monthly/year-end accounts, financial controls, team supervision, audit preparation, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in financial management and accounting.
• Skills: Strong IFRS knowledge, advanced computer literacy (Sage 50, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics), leadership abilities, and excellent time management.
• Other: Willingness to travel and flexibility to attend events outside normal working hours (e.g. Annual Congress).
Salary & Benefits: Aligned with the Civil Service Executive Officer scale with a defined benefit pension.
