An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a part-time position (0.66 of a full time post). The role requires attendance on site five days per week.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work as part of a highly effective team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and supporting the diverse needs of pupils.
SNAs may work in both mainstream and special class settings at the discretion of the Principal.
This post is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review. Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
