An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is initially for a 5th Class mainstream teacher, but could be subject to change, in a Deis Plus primary school in Inchicore Dublin 8. We are a staff of 24 teachers and 15 snas. This is a permanent post with a requirement to teach Irish to a mainstream class.
Knowledge and experience of the following additional needs is desirable but not obligatory; autism, adhd, dyslexia, dyspraxia and global developmental delay. Knowledge and experience of the following would also be beneficial; trauma, nurture rooms and restorative practice.
Interviews will be held face to face only – no zoom interviews available.
