Drogheda grammar school requires an Irish teacher to teach up to and including Higher Level. The ability an willingness to offer an additional subject and/or be involved in the extracurricular programme of the school will be valued and used as shortlisting criteria if required.
It is a privately paid position and the level of pay will match the Department of Education payscale and increments.
The position is for a minimum of 18 hours but may be up to 22 hours.
We also have an additional maternity leave contract in Irish so there may be some flexibility and discussion regarding hours for the year.
Drogheda Grammar is a small school with a Quaker ethos. Class sizes are small and the working environment is a positive and supportive one.
