An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The Board of Management initially advertised this permanent vacancy on Staffroom.ie on the 30th day of July, 2026 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Killaloe. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 7th day of August, 2026.
The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on Staffroom.ie to the 9th day of August, 2026.
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill these permanent vacancies through open competition.
St. Clare's School is a special school for Moderate and Severe/Profound learners.
Experience in a special school setting is desirable.
Applicants must have a Certificate to Teach RE.
