An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Post 1 - Junior Day 0.83 hrs.
Post 2 - 0.5 hrs.
- In addition to the two permanent posts there are also two substitute posts.
Substitute Post 1 - Covering a career break (full hours)
Substitute Post 2 - Covering a job share arrangement (full hours)
These positions have arisen as we are opening a Special Class for Autism. The Successful candidate may be working in our Special Classes for Autism but may also be assigned to work in mainstream classes.
The posts are subject to continued NCSE allocation.
Candidates are required to have minimum qualification as per DES guidelines and relevant work experience.
