Initial duties may be in either a special class for pupils with ASD or a mainstream class setting, and this will be subject to ongoing change at the discretion of school management.
Experience with ASD and DEIS is highly desirable.
Experience of working in a special class/school setting would be advantageous.
Additional childcare and/or other relevant qualifications/courses (e.g. First Aid, Positive Behaviour Support Strategies, PECS, Lámh Module1, etc) would be highly desirable.
