An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St. Cecilia's is a special school for students aged 4 to 18 with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities, including autism and complex care needs. We currently have three fixed term teaching posts available for the 2026/2027 school year.
Experience of working in a special school setting, with students with autism, or with complex care needs would be an advantage but is not essential.
Successful candidates will be required to attend whole school training and class set up days on August 25th and 26th.
