An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Lisdowney N.S., Scoil Bhríde, invites applications from highly dedicated candidates for the positions of 4 SNA posts (1 full time position for full school day and 2 full time positions (infant hours initially) and a 0.5 job share position.

These positions are based in special class settings. Experience of working with children in a special class for children with autism is extremely desirable for this role. We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the children and the school.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, can contribute to our team and work on his/her/their own initiative.
Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children & the school.

Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
