Eolas Breise:
South Lee Educate Together National School opened in September 2019 and operates under the patronage of Educate Together. We are a rapidly developing mainstream primary school, from Junior Infants, with a 6th Class for the first time in the 2026/27 school year.
The school is currently based in temporary accommodation on the grounds of Cork College of Further Education, Tramore Road Campus.
We are a Nurturing School and place a strong emphasis on fostering a positive, inclusive school culture. We currently have a team of 12 teaching staff and are proud of the supportive and collaborative environment we have built.
South Lee ETNS is a vibrant and inclusive school community. Our vision is for every child to learn in a positive, safe, inclusive, democratic, co-educational setting that supports each child in recognising their strengths and achieving their full potential, while also preparing them to become caring and active members of a diverse society.
As a developing school, a high degree of flexibility is essential, along with a willingness to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the school.
Please note that these developing school posts are sanctioned on a fixed-term basis for September and October only. Following confirmation of enrolment on 30th September, there may be potential for these posts to be extended or made permanent, subject to Department of Education approval.
We are currently recruiting for:
One Mainstream Class Teacher
One Autism Class Teacher
Ideally, candidates will have relevant experience in their respective roles. Successful applicants will be expected to contribute positively to the school community and demonstrate commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a developing school environment.
All applications should be submitted via email only. Applications submitted by post will not be considered
