An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Inch National School invites applicants from highly dedicated candidates for the position of Special Needs Assistant.
This is a full time post for the year ( covering a career break)
Candidates are required to have minimum requirements as per DES circular 0051/2019
We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the school and children, someone who is kind, enthusiastic, energetic, can contribute to our team and work on his/ her own initiative.
Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD course which relate to the needs of the children and the school and must be available to complete Croke Park Hours throughout the school year.
The successful candidate will be expected to respect student and teacher confidentiality at all times, as well as uphold the Catholic Ethos of the school.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
