Year Head - School Management Role
The Year Head is responsible for the academic progress, pastoral care, student management and overall wellbeing of students within an assigned year group. The role serves as a key link between students, teachers, parents, guardians and school leadership, ensuring a supportive, high-performing, and values-driven learning environment aligned with the school’s core values and mission.
Candidates must have the following Qualifications & Experience:
Teaching qualification - Post-primary: Degree + Professional Master of Education (PME) or equivalent.
Teaching Experience – minimum of 5-7 years full-time teaching in school in Ireland.
Leadership and Management Experience – minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
