Applications are invited for the position of Special Class Teacher in Scoil Áine (Roll no. 19567K) to cover a Career Break for the academic year 26/27
Scoil Áine is a co-educational special school located adjacent to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Unit in Merlin Park Hospital. The school provides education to children and young people, of primary and post-primary age, who attend the inpatient and outpatient Community CAMHS Teams.
Teachers are employed as Special Class Teachers, and have the same pay, school holidays and conditions as Primary Teachers.
Experience in a special school setting, special education teaching, multigrade teaching is essential.
A requirement of the post is to teach the Leaving Cert Applied Programme along with a range of subjects as the need arises.
