Study Skills, Leadership and Wellbeing Facilitator
Description:
The Super Generation, part of The Examcraft Group, delivers engaging and impactful workshops to secondary schools across Ireland. Our programmes focus on Study Skills, Student Wellbeing, Motivation, Leadership, and Emotional Resilience for young people aged 11–18.

We are passionate about helping students build confidence, improve learning habits, and develop the mindset needed to thrive both academically and personally.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and relatable Workshop Facilitators & Student Wellbeing Coaches to support the delivery of our school programmes across Munster, Leinster and Connaught.
This role is ideal for:
- Newly qualified or recently graduated teachers
- Psychology graduates or postgraduate students
- Masters and PhD students completing their teaching/psychology or related degree
- Individuals with business or professional experience seeking meaningful additional work
- Professionals with a genuine passion for supporting and motivating young people

You will deliver interactive workshops in secondary schools, helping students improve motivation, wellbeing, confidence, resilience, and study habits.

This is a flexible part-time role.

Our workshop season runs from August to May each academic year.
We are looking for individuals with:
2–5 days per week availability per week from August to January
2 days per week availability per week from January to May

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assist with engaging workshops in secondary schools
- Support students in areas such as wellbeing, motivation, confidence, emotional resilience, and study skills
- Create positive and energetic learning environments
- Represent The Super Generation professionally in schools
- Travel to schools across your assigned region
- Support awareness and uptake of our learning and wellbeing programmes
- Build positive relationships with schools and educators
- Provide feedback following workshop delivery

What we are looking for:
Essential -

- A genuine interest in working with and supporting young people
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence speaking in front of groups
- A positive, energetic, and approachable personality
- A full driving licence and access to a reliable car
- The ability and willingness to travel to schools
- Availability during school hours

Desirable:
- A background in teaching, psychology, youth work, education, coaching, mentoring, or public speaking
- An interest in student wellbeing, motivation, learning, or personal development
- Irish-speaking ability would be considered a strong advantage but is it not essential.
