The Board of Management of CBS The Green invites applications for the advertised teaching position for the 2026/27 academic year. Closing date: Monday, May 25th, at 4:00 p.m. The application form must be completed. CV's will not be accepted. The application form is available in this advert. The application form and required documentation can be emailed to info@thegreen.ie or posted to the school by the closing date.

Interviews will take place the week of 25th May 2026.
a) Shortlisting will apply, and we regret that, due to the expected high volume of applications, it will not be possible to reply to unsuccessful candidates.
b) All positions will be subject to the sanction and conditions of the Department of Education & Youth, and the post not being required for the redeployment process.
c) Sanctions, Conditions of Service and Appointment, Qualifications, Salary Scale, is in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Education & Youth.
d) Registration with the Teaching Council and Garda Vetting will be a requirement for the appointment.

A willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities is desirable.
