Additional Information:
Full-Time Manager Required to oversee the strategic and operational
management of its Early Learning and Care Service in Conna Co. Cork.
This senior role requires a highly organised and experienced professional with
strong leadership, compliance, and financial management capabilities.
The successful candidate will ensure the continued delivery of high-quality,
play-based education in line with regulatory, funding, and governance
requirements.
Role Details:
Permanent, full-time contract (six-month probationary period)
40 hours per week
€20-€24 per hour, dependant on experience and qualifications
QQI Level 7 qualification in Early Years Education preferred
Three years management experience within an Early Learning and Care setting
preferable.
Experience in: Operational and financial management, Government funding
programmes, Regulatorycompliance and inspections, Proven leadership and
staff supervision experience.
Eligibility to work in Ireland and compliance with current legislation, including
Garda Vetting
