Scoil Phádraig Naofa is looking for applications for Bus Escort position to serve the greater Athy area for 4 Hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hours per week).
Applicants would need to be available for work in the morning before school hours and after school has finished.
Duties will include escorting children to and from school, assisting children to board and alight safely from the school transport, ensuring that all children are seated and supervised in a safe and responsible manner throughout their journey. The escort will also make sure that pupils in his/her care are received by some responsible person at the set down point.
Appointment is subject to Garda Vetting requirements, completion of the Tusla Children First E-Learning Programme and verification of references.
