The Board of Management of Scoil Iosa, Ballyhaunis (Roll No 20142i) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the permanent position of Principal Teacher. Scoil Iosa is a Co Educational Urban DEIS Band 1 school under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Tuam.
This is a permanent position appointed through open competition in line with Circular 0044/2019. The ideal candidate will :
1. Lead teaching and Learning
2. Manage the organisation.
3. Lead school development.
4. Develop leadership capacity.
Applications on the standard application form for Principalship will only be accepted by post at the school address below. Please include four (4) copies of your application and clearly label the application, 'Principal Application'.
Application must arrive by post, no later than Monday October 20th 2025 by 3 P.M.
