An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
One permanent (with conditions) 0.83 position available. While not essential, experience and qualifications in special education and Autism, in particular managing challenging behaviour and positive behaviour support planning would be beneficial. Training and experience in the use of PECS, LAMH, the TEACCH approach are desirable.

Experience of working with people with autism and behaviours which challenge and experience of working in a team and knowledge of Additional care needs plans is essential.
