An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management of St. Marnock’s National School invites applications via email from eligible teachers for the position of Deputy Principal. This is a permanent Administrative Deputy Principal position.

St. Marnock’s National School is a vertical, co-educational school under the patronage of the Archbishop of Dublin.

Our school has a Speech and Language class availing of the services of a Speech and Language therapist on site.
We are also looking forward to the opening of two new special classes for children with Autism in early 2026.

The post will be filled in accordance with the terms of Circular 0044/2019. The roles and responsibilities for this post relate to the four domains of leadership and management as specified in Circular 0044/2019.
