An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Stepping Stones Special School caters for pupils with a diagnosis of Autism and Complex Needs from 4-18 years of age. The successful candidate should have some experience in a Special School setting preferably with students with Autism and a solid understanding of ASD and methodologies used in school settings. In addition the successful candidate must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team. Only those shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
