Solas Hospital School is co-located with Children’s Health Ireland, Crumlin. As a hospital school, we deliver education across various hospital settings, including both 1:1 sessions at the bedside and small multi-level groups in classroom settings. We provide an education service to children aged 4 to 18 yrs and across the full spectrum of educational needs.

To qualify for appointment, candidates must be able to comply with the following:

Be fully registered with the Teaching Council under Route 1 (Primary)
Experience teaching in a medical setting with students with medical needs is desirable
Experience supporting students in alternative or special education settings is beneficial.
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period.
