Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Please note that this vacancy is for a 0.5 day position.
Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible, display strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training. This position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
Where applicable please furnish a certified copy of a completed Special Needs Assistant Form (PF1).
Experience and relevant qualifications in working with children with Autism and with an ability to manage difficult behaviour effectively is preferable.
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of positive behavioural support strategies is desirable.
