We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and demonstrate the ability to manage and inspire young children in a nursery setting. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that supports children's development.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to childcare.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience, encouraging creativity and exploration among children.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on continuous improvement.
Experience

Previous experience in childcare or early years education is essential, ideally within a nursery setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and staff members.
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development is crucial.
