An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management initially advertised this permanent vacancy on this website on the 1st day of August 2025 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Kildare and Leighlin. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 5th day of August, 2025.
The closing date for submission of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertising on this website to the 7th day of August, 2025.
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill these permanent vacancies through open competition.
A recognised qualification to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school as well as qualified to teach irish is essential. Roles vary from mainstream to Special Education Teacher.
Applicants should apply by 12 noon on the closing date and interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place on 25th/26th August.
