Early Learning and Care (ELC)

Early Learning and Care Teacher (ELC) Substitution for Maternity cover, part time Academic year 2025/26, Substitution, 16 hours p/w
The following is required:
Teaching staff will hold a relevant major award at NFQ level 7 or higher that is recognised by the Department of Children Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (Early Years Qualifications ) and either a teaching qualification, or five or more years of teaching experience on programmes designed to prepare learners for practice in the ELC sector.
Teaching Council Registration
Garda Vetting
Post-qualifying experience of working directly with children in early learning and care (ELC) settings, as an ELC practitioner.
Full and clean driving licence with access to a car
Modules: Understanding Children with Additional Needs, Professional Practice Placement in Early Learning and Care, Inclusive Early Learning and Care, Supervision and Administration in ELC
