An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
The Supply Teacher positions form a shared supply panel between 17 schools in the Dublin 15 area. The base school is Scoil Thomáis, Castleknock.
Supply Teachers cover short term substitutable leave. They may be deployed into a variety of settings including various class standards and Special Education settings.
