An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The position being filled is an Acting Deputy Principal post, the successful applicant may be
required to fulfil Acting Principal duties for the duration of a maternity leave position
commencing in November. A maternity leave post will also be filled from this round of
interviews where the successful applicant may assume the role of Acting Deputy Principal. A part time 12.5hr SET post will also be filled from this round of interviews.
Your appointment must also be accompanied by the contact details of a minimum of 3 professional references. Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications, Teaching Council registration and teaching practice grades. Appointment will be subject to Teaching Council Registration, current Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
