An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This post is 0.49 of a school day. Balbriggan Educate Together N.S. is a busy vibrant school with a history of innovative practice. We welcome applications from experienced SNAs who are excited to work with children with additional needs in our mainstream classes.
Candidates with experience in working with children with ASD and other complex needs would be desirable. The candidate must display a strong work ethic, flexibility and the initiative to work independently and as part of a team. Communication skills, understanding of school structures, along with a willingness to engage in further professional learning is extremely important.
