An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

There are two fixed term vacancies for the school year 2025/2026. These posts have been provisionally sanctioned by the Dept. of Education and are based on confirmation of September enrolments.
There are also three Specified Purposes vacancies to replace teachers on Maternity Leave. All vacancies will be filled during this recruitment process. Successful candidates will be allocated a mainstream class.
Remote interviews via Zoom may be considered if necessary but this will be at the discretion of the Selection Board.
