An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a post for 5 fixed term Mainstream Class Teachers, and 1 10 hour EAL post, but is subject to change at the determination of the Principal.
St. Patrick's GNS is a Catholic school. The successful candidate must hold the appropriate Certificate to teach Catholic Religious Education.
St Patrick's GNS is seeking to appoint a team player who is willing to contribute to the overall development of the school.

The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
- Probation
- Experience of teaching in a DEIS school
- Experience in the following areas will be advantageous:
A demonstration of commitment to CPD;
Teaching children with a range of additional needs;
Experience in team teaching and in class support;
Confidence in integrating digital technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
Music, sport, or other extracurricular activities that contribute positively to school life.
