POST DETAILS
Additional Information:
There are two positions available. 1 x Full time position and 1 x 0.33 position. Both positions are a result of an Special Class sanction for the academic year 2025/26.
It is desirable that the successful candidates will have:
- Experience of working with children with a variety of Special Education Needs.
- Experience in supporting children with sensory, communication, emotional, behavioural and intimate care needs.
- Additional relevant qualifications or experience e.g. Irish Sign Language, First Aid etc.
- We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a team, who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the children and the school, and a willingness to avail of further training and up-skilling.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening. Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA Supplementary Panel with supplementary panel rights, must furnish a certified copy of a completed Panel Form (PF1) with their application.
