An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The position available is for a fixed-term post in a Mainstream Class arising from a job-sharing position.

The following knowledge and experience would be desirable:
-Experience of working in a large school
-Experience of working with children who have English as an Additional Language
-Experience of working collaboratively
-Experience of working with children with ADHD, Autism and Mild General Learning Difficulties
-Familiarity with Restorative Practices

Claremorris N.S is a Catholic School under the patronage of the Archbishop of Tuam. Commitment to the Catholic ethos is necessary.

Appointment will be subject, but not limited to: satisfactory references, current and continuing Teaching Council registration, current vetting requirements and occupational health screening.

Closing date for the receipt of applications is 3pm on Monday 30th June. Interviews provisionally scheduled for the second week in July.

A Croke Park planning day for staff will be held on Wednesday 27th August.
