An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management at Harcourt Terrace ETNS initially advertised this permanent vacancy on this website on the 3rd day of June, 2025 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Educate Together. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 9th day of June, 2025. The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the Educate Together Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on this website to the 11th day of June, 2025. The Board of Management/ETB is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.

We have advertised for permanent Special Class Teaching posts, Permanent Mainstream Classroom Teaching Posts and Fixed Term Teaching posts. Please state in your application if you are applying for a specific post or all the teaching positions. One submitted application for all positions will suffice. There is no need to submit multiple applications.

All teaching posts are new due to the rapid growth of enrolment at Harcourt Terrace ETNS for 2025/2026.

Harcourt Terrace ETNS is a warm and inclusive primary school, located in the heart of Dublin city centre. Our school first opened its doors in 2018 with one Junior Infant class. Since then, we have grown to cater for mainstream classes from Junior Infants-6th class, as well as four classes for autistic students. When fully developed there will be 24 mainstream classes and 4 specialised Autism Classes.

We are just after completing the first school year at our brand-new school building(D02 FC64), situated in the city centre. Our school is easily accessed by various modes of public transport by all stakeholders. Please be aware there is no parking available on site for staff.
