Harcourt Terrace ETNS is a warm and inclusive primary school, located in the heart of Dublin city centre. Our school first opened its doors in 2018 with one Junior Infant class. Since then, we have grown to cater for mainstream classes from Junior Infants-6th class, as well as four classes for autistic students. When fully developed there will be 21 mainstream classes and 4 specialised Autism Classes.

We are now in our new permanent building at Harcourt Terrace (D02 FC64), situated in the city centre. Our school is easily accessed by various modes of public transport by all stakeholders. Please be aware there is no parking available on site for staff.

Our school is opening two additional autism classes in our new school building and therefore we are advertising to fill the following posts:
SNA Standard Infant Day Post x 4

We are inviting applications from candidates who are highly motivated, committed and forward-thinking SNA’s, who display adaptivity, creativity and initiative. The successful candidate will support children with care needs including autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, toileting needs and non-verbal communication needs. Experience and/or training in working with children with autism is desirable.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have an understanding of working in a developing school, have a genuine commitment to the Educate Together ethos and who value a trauma-informed approach to education. Candidates should also be willing to engage in professional learning to enhance their role.
