Saplings Special School Goresbridge is a school for pupils with Autism and other complex needs, aged 4 to 18 years. Applicants should have the minimum qualifications as per DES circular 44/2014.

Essential requirements:
• Experience working with autistic individuals in an educational setting.
• Experience supporting students with behaviours of concern in a special school environment.
• Evidence of CPD in the area of special needs would be advantageous.


The successful candidates should show that they are able to work as part of a team and participate fully in all school activities, and should demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training. They will be required to complete the usual documentation for the Primary Sector including Garda Vetting and Medmark assessment, and will be expected to respect the confidentiality of the pupils at all times.
