Successful applicant will substitute for a career break for one academic year.

This is a mainstream class position, with initial duties as 5th class teacher subject to principal discretion.

Ballymacarbry NS is seeking to appoint a team player with initiative who is willing to contribute to the overall development of our school.

Experience in the following areas will be advantageous:
• Teaching senior classes.
• Teaching children with a range of additional needs.
• Interests / skills / experience in sport.
• Interest / skills / experience in music.
• A grá for the Irish language and the teaching of it.

Appointment will be subject to Teaching Council Registration, current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
