An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

There are two 0.83 positions available. The school is opening a special class for children with a diagnosis of ASD. SNAs may be required to work in mainstream classes and/or the special class. The duties of the posts in supporting care needs of the children are outlined in Circular 30/2014(Dept. of Education & Skills). Candidates must be willing to uphold the ethos of the school. A strong work ethic, ability to work with existing school staff, showing initiative and be flexible regarding work arrangements are all required. The successful candidate will need to be aware of confidentiality and be willing to undertake further training. Duties subject to change. The appointments are subject to Garda Vetting, confirmation of qualifications and occupational health screening. The positions are subject to review by the NCSE/SENO. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Candidates must be willing to engage with Croke Park hours.
