Portumna Community School seeks applications from suitably qualified applicants for the following post which may arise for the school year 2025 2026 subject to the approval of the Department of Education and Skills and subject to compliance with and the satisfactory outcome of the national vetting procedures; History and German 17.20 RPT hours per week (includes 11 hrs job share).

4 completed application forms, addressed to the Secretary B.O.M., should reach the school in hard copy by post before 4 p.m. on Thursday May 29th 2025. Completed application forms MUST be accompanied by Garda Vetting Disclosure, Teaching Council Registration and two contactable references. Candidates should ensure they are available for interview in person from Tuesday June 9th – Friday June 13th inclusive. Late applications will not be accepted. Shortlisting may apply.
