Applications are invited from qualified SEN and Home Economics registered teachers for a fixed term position in Coláiste Iognáid for the school year 2025-2026.
Please note that 1 position is predominantly Home Economics with SEN and 1 position is predominantly SEN with Home Economics.
The position can only be filled pending approval of the Department of Education & Skills, the Board of Management of Coláiste Iognáid and to the post not being required for the redeployment process.
Applicants must have a knowledge of the Leaving Certificate and new Junior Cycle curriculum.
Candidates should submit the information requested by email only to admin@colaisteiognaid.ie by 10.00am on Wednesday 14th May 2025.
The subject line of the email should state the subject position you are applying for.
Application documents must include:
• Teaching Council letter stating registered subjects
• Garda Vetting Disclosure
• Curriculum Vitae
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Interviews will be scheduled as soon as possible after the closing date. The successful candidate must be available for the Induction programme, Wednesday 20th August 2025. The school re-opens on Thursday 21st of August 2025.
